Fulfillment of Orders
We make every effort to keep all offered products in stock and ship out orders within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends (after 12 noon Friday). If, for some reason, we cannot fulfill your entire order within these time frames, we will contact you. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will, according to your preference:

1. Substitute another product for your order.

2. Ship your order at a later date.

Due to warranty issues and some manufacturer restrictions on certain items, we may not be able to ship products internationally.  Please contact us at sales@reelproshop.com to request an order confirmation regarding International shipping rates.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, less ALL shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or defective merchandise.

Tracking and Insuring, etc.
We recommend using UPS or FedEx when returning an item so the item can be traced. If using the US Postal Service, we highly recommend you buy the insurance.

Crediting Your Returns
